I was deeply frustrated by unexpected charges on my credit card due to poor communication from the staff. After a long international flight, I arrived exhausted, only to deal with a $348.62 charge that was never explained. Even worse, my room's phone was broken, forcing me to waste time trying to resolve this issue rather than relaxing after my exhausting travels.

We enjoyed the hotel's convenient location right at the terminal, which made travel with our young baby much easier. The staff were helpful, and we appreciated the extra bed provided for our daughter's comfort.

For dads, it would be great if check-in could be quicker.

the location of sheraton is perfect for catching flights and trains to downtown. i upgraded to a traditional king room, and it had a large window overlooking the airport, which was awesome. the swimming pool was great and so was the sauna. breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the friendly staff made it even better.

However, the noise from the hallways and adjoining rooms can be quite bothersome, especially if adjoining guests aren't quiet. My room was right by a tram station, meaning the constant traffic of passengers could easily interrupt a peaceful night's rest. Plus, I encountered a faulty coffee maker and had a wait at check-in, which added a bit of annoyance to the otherwise convenient stay.

This hotel suits me perfectly with its free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and excellent bar/lounge area. The staff helped me with the best local taxi tip on my first stay, which I still remember. I'm excited to come back for a holiday.

Super convenient being right at the airport! My Club room had flat-screen TV, refrigerator, and a super comfy sofa. The fitness center was awesome, and I loved the hot tub. Also, snacks and breakfast in the executive lounge were delicious. Staff was super helpful with early check-in. Really clean, quiet, and modern!

I loved the seamless access to the airport monorail! It made everything so convenient. Although the room was spacious, the service at check-in was a bit confusing. 😅
